In a world in which a message can be sent by e-mail or by post, in which television can be viewed in high definition or in analogue mode, in which a phone call can be made on a mobile from the top of a mountain or from one's living room on a fixed landline, in which information is available on the web but also in one's daily morning paper, OFCOM's role is of crucial importance. Here we would like to present our tasks, our work and out solutions.
