Surveillance and monitoring of licences
As part of its surveillance of radiocommunication licences, OFCOM checks that persons who operate radiocommunication equipment hold a valid licence. OFCOM also verifies that the radiocommunication equipment which is operated conforms to the requirements stipulated in law.
