Extension of the SRG SSR agreement for the provision of information abroad
Bern, 24.06.2020 - On 24 June 2020, the Federal Council has extended the performance agreement with SRG SSR for the provision of information abroad for a further two years. In 2021 and 2022, the Confederation will continue to provide half of the CHF 39 million allocated to finance the ten-language internet platform swissinfo.ch, the Italian-language website tvsvizzera.it and cooperation with the international television stations TV5MONDE and 3sat.
