Telecommunications equipment surveillance results

Each year OFCOM publishes the results of the surveillance of telecommunications equipment performed the previous year. These results are generally available in the corresponding section of the annual reports and in greater detail in articles in Infomaling. The relevant links can be found here.

In addition, OFCOM actively participates in the joint European market surveillance campaigns organised by the ADCO RED (European group for cooperation between the authorities responsible for the implementation of the RED Directive). OFCOM publishes a list of telecommunications equipment which has been subjected to inspection by OFCOM and which was found not to be in compliance with the applicable requirements, in particular the technical requirements.
