Public consultation on the partial revision of the Radio and Television Ordinance (RTVO)
Biel/Bienne, 25.08.2015 - On 14 June 2015 the electorate accepted the amendments to the Radio and Television Act (RTVA). Today OFCOM is launching the public consultation in relation to the implementing provisions of the Radio and Television Ordinance (RTVO). Comments on the draft of the revised RTVO may be submitted to OFCOM until 24 November 2015.
