OFCOM has put the draft of a new "DETEC ordinance on radio and television" out for consultation.
Interested parties now have the opportunity to comment on this draft. The ordinance contains implementing provisions for the new ordinance on radio and television (DRTV) in various areas of broadcasting. It should enter into force in autumn 2007.
The consultation runs until 29 June 2007
