Local radio: Consultation on the application to transfer Buzz FM’s licence to One FM

OFCOM has just launched a public consultation concerning the application to transfer the broadcaster's licence from the Geneva local radio station Buzz FM to One FM. In an annex to Buzz FM's application, One FM describes how it will fulfil the local information mandate specified in the Buzz FM licence. One FM has made assurances that it wants to take on the obligations incumbent in the Buzz FM licence of 31 October 2008 in full.

Interested authorities and media associations are invited to submit their comments on the current application by Friday 13 February 2009.

The documentation is only available in French.
