Documentation on the NGA working group
Policy decision-makers at municipal, cantonal and federal level are to be given a better overview of the various technologies available for providing modern telecommunications networks in Switzerland. To this end, the Federal Office of Communications (OFCOM) has set up a working group. Representatives of telecommunications network operators, electricity utilities, associations, cantons and the federal administration will compile and publish details of the availability of high-speed broadband products and services, the demand for these and decision aids for municipalities and regions.

- the outlines of the technical solution to visualise the high-speed broadband coverage situation in Switzerland
- the request and form for the cooperation of network operators (as PDF and DOC documents)
- the manual for network operators who provide coverage data for aggregation and visualisation
