ETSI
The European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) determines international standards in the field of information and communication technologies (ICT). The standards are decisive for the future of the sector and serve as an important regulatory basis and for defining the strategy to move towards a digital society in the European Union (EU) and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA). OFCOM therefore follows this work closely and is actively involved in ETSI’s committees.
