Online services provided by OFCOM
OFCOM provides numerous services in the areas of telecommunications, radio and media on the user-friendly DETEC eGovernment portal. Registration is free of charge.
Individuals and companies can use various OFCOM services digitally via the eGovernment portal DETEC. For example, they can apply for individual numbers or search for the holders of such numbers. The portal also offers the possibility to notify radio and television programmes, report radio interference, register for radio operator examinations or request an amateur radio call sign.
Users can access the services via the federal government's free CH login, regardless of whether they are number holders, providers of telecommunications service or radio and television broadcasters.
A service portal for all DETEC offices
The DETEC eGovernment portal is the central gateway for eGovernment services provided by the entire Federal Department of the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications. It brings together on a single platform all previous digital services of the DETEC offices, and therefore also those of OFCOM. This simplifies cooperation between the Confederation, the cantons, the public, businesses and other organisations.
