The European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) works to create dynamic postal and telecommunications markets in Europe.

The European Dialogue on Internet Governance (EuroDIG) is an open platform encouraging discussion and exchange in an informal and independent manner on the issues of internet governance between the players concerned throughout Europe. It was created in 2008 by a collective of key stakeholders representing various groups of European participants working in the area of internet governance.

The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) is a private international organisation headquartered in Los Angeles (California, USA). It is responsible for managing and coordinating the internet’s Domain Name System (DNS).
