The Finances section is responsible for the budgeting process, the regularity of accounting, the closure of the office's accounts and
the financial reporting to Parliament.
We provide managers with advice and support in all financial matters and develop the operational accounting system to meet the specific needs of the office.
We also work to minimise OFCOM's financial risks by rigorously implementing our internal control system (ICS) and ensuring compliance with procurement law requirements and processes.
