OFCOM is your point of contact in the case of technical interference to radio traffic or to reception of radio or television programmes using an aerial. If you receive programmes by cable, please contact your cable provider.
If you receive radio and TV broadcasts with your own aerial, then OFCOM will be pleased to help you in the event of any interference to reception.
As a user of a radio device, you are generally well protected against interference by OFCOM's frequency planning and allocation work. If, in spite of these measures, radio traffic is affected, please let us know.
