Anyone who provides radio or television programme services in Switzerland is obliged to broadcast certain channels. This must-carry obligation concerns in principle all cable and mobile broadcasting platforms but not wireless terrestrial and mobile broadcasting via DAB+ and DVB-T or satellite broadcasting.
