The division is OFCOM's centre for business expertise and supports all organisational units in the areas of finance, human resources, IT, organisation and logistics.
We ensure that all organisational units have reliable access to the resources and infrastructure they need in order to do their work. We also perform various cross-divisional administrative tasks for the entire office.
To support management, in addition to consulting we provide efficient tools for planning and developing resources and for controlling.
We represent the business management needs of the office to the DETEC General Secretariat and to various technical authorities and committees within the Federal Administration.
