New Decree on Radio and Television out for consultation
Berne, 09.06.2006 - The Federal Department of the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications (DETEC) is submitting the draft of a new Federal Council Decree on Radio and Television to interested parties for consultation. The Decree contains the regulatory provisions relating to the completely revised Law on Radio and Television, which was adopted by parliament on 24 March. The consultation lasts until 18 August 2006.
