Regional TV: the challenges
Biel/Bienne, 08.12.2015 - Regional TV broadcasters, both in Switzerland and in other European countries, are confronted by a difficult financial situation. The audiences of these stations often remain small. These are the results of a comparative study performed by the Wagner Hatfield consultancy on behalf of OFCOM. However, the authors also highlight exemplary approaches and initiatives which indi-cate how regional television could be strengthened in the future.
