In contrast to added-value services, which are provided via an 090x number and are billed to you by your provider, service providers may also offer or provide their services via a fixed-network phone number (e.g. a number with the area code 032) or the mobile network (e.g. 077).
The costs for such services are billed to you separately by, for example, the service provider or a billing company. The telecommunications service provider only bills you for the connection fee for the call (price of the phone call) if you have no (more) inclusive minutes.
Charges, billing and regulations
Disputes relating to such services should be assessed by the civil courts. Neither OFCOM nor ombudscom can intervene in such cases.
