Law on Telecommunications: new decrees out for consultation
Bern, 29.06.2006 - The draft amendments to the implementing decrees of the Law on Telecommunications (LTC) are being put out for consultation. These drafts contain the implementing provisions of the revised LTC adopted by parliament on 24 March last. The Federal Department of the Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications (DETEC) and the Federal Communications Commission (ComCom) are inviting interested parties to comment by 18 August 2006.
