Programme analyses: SRG TV

The scientific analyses of the SRG’s television programmes are carried out at regular intervals. All the SRG television programmes were examined using quantitative content analyses (full survey). Two natural weeks per year were used as samples, one in spring and one in the autumn; in this way it is possible to take seasonal fluctuations into account. The entire daily broadcast schedule was examined (24 hours). The final report is available in German; summaries in French, Italian and English are available. The contractor for this study was the GöfaK GmbH research bureau in Potsdam (Germany).
